A: ioCells are provided as frozen vials and shipped in dry ice. The vials should be stored in liquid nitrogen at the recipient's facility immediately upon receipt. Please follow the cell type user manual for details on how to thaw your cells. Liquid nitrogen shipment can be arranged at an additional cost, please contact us at orders@Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ if you wish to use that service.
Q: How fast will I receive the product after ordering?
