Placing an order

Orders can be placed using the following methods:

  • Online: Orders can be placed anytime via our website. If you are a new customer, you must register before completing your purchase. Your registration will be reviewed and approved by a team member at Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ. An immediate confirmation will be provided upon submission of your order.   • Email: Purchase orders (PO) should be sent to orders@Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ. If you require a quotation before placing your PO, please contact us directly or your Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ Account Manager. We will aim to process your PO within 1 business day from receipt.
  • Distributors: Orders can also be placed through our authorised distributors or on procurement platforms such as Science Exchange or Scientist.com. Please find a list of our official distributors and their coverage here. If your organisation uses a supplier portal, we are happy to integrate with your systems. Please contact us at orders@Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ to start the setup process. 

Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards: Payment can be processed online during checkout.
  • Purchase Orders (PO): Available for pre-approved institutions. First-time customers must complete a , which includes a credit rating check.
  • Pro-forma invoice: Payment instructions will be provided upon request. Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed.

A: There are no restrictions on receiving our products within the US. Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ stock is stored in a US-based storage facility,  ensuring fast delivery with minimal restrictions.

Q: Can you assist me if my order requires an import license?
A: Customers are responsible for acquiring the necessary import licenses for their territory. However, we can connect you with a specialised agent to assist with the process.

Q: Can I place an order before obtaining the required imported licenses?
A: Yes, but please note that your order will be held until the required licenses are obtained.
